I've spent over 10 years in charities such as Cancer Research UK, Scleroderma & Raynaud's UK, and Blood Cancer UK. I've seen first hand how passionate these organisations are in supporting their patient communities. Having worked across various functions from fundraising through to grant awards, I understand what it takes to fund research in today's landscape.

About Me

  • The transfer of Cancer Research UK's London Research Institute to the Francis Crick Institute

  • Partnership with In Silico Medicine to identify new drug targets for scleroderma

  • Ran a 'hackathon' style innovation day to generate grant applications for a partnered grant round

  • Development of Research Strategies for various condition focused organisations, in partnerships with patients
